About the Role
As a Fleet Mechanic for A Wash Corp, you will maintain and repair our company’s service vehicles, pumps, pressure-washing systems, and related equipment. This role ensures our 14+ service trucks stay reliable, safe, and ready for daily operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of mechanic or equipment repair experience
- Familiarity with small engines, commercial hoses, pumps, and pressure systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and work independently
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in shop environment
- Welding/plumbing experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gas/diesel engines, pumps, reels, and pressure-washing equipment
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, brakes, filters, belts, hoses, tires
- Inspect trucks daily and address issues proactively
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and shop supplies
- Track repairs, services, and equipment history
- Support field teams with emergency repairs when needed
- Work with Ops Manager to keep downtime low and fleet performance high
